Creativity Club Is Available each day that school is in session from 7:00 am – 8:00 am and from dismissal until 6:00 pm.

Activities Include: arts & crafts, snack time, gym time, homework & library time.

 

Extended Day 2012/2013 Fees

Payment of registration fee will ensure a place for your child in the program.

•             Registration Fee:  $30 per family

•             Daily Fee:    $5.50 per day per child for the morning and $12.00 per day/per child for the afternoon

Welcome, we are looking forward to another wonderful year at Creativity Club! Just a few reminders:

•             No child will be allowed to sign-in or sign-out. No child will be admitted in the morning session if not accompanied by an adult.

•             Please make sure to list extra emergency telephone numbers for your child in case of illness.

•             Children must bring in snacks for themselves.

•             Donations of kleenex, paper towels, and clorox wipe-ups are greatly appreciated.
